James looked up, "seems like the blood and garlic have no effect on her." He said as he loot a step to the right and the blood and garlic disappeared, "Next." and with that the room went dark, with only star light. He walked across the room, "If your a werewolf you would transform in the full moon." He said as he turned to face her from the other end as the moon light shone on her while he stayed more in the shadows.

Rizelmine blinks and looks around as the room changes. She smiles big and giggles "oh wow this is so pretty! your really good at magic!" She claps her hands "do more do more!"

James smiled, "Not a werewolf then." He looked up at the ceiling, "As agreed this next phase is mine, all I request is the full more to stay." James stepped into the moonlight and his true form too place, his blonde hair turned white, eyes red and nails grew into sharp claws, "Cyborg creature tend to have automatic self defence. Even if the being does not know that they are a cyborg when on death row it automatically kicks in. so lets start with this test, shall we."

Rizelmine blinks and looks at him when he changes. She blushes and starts to wiggle around "oh wow that's so cool! Your cute now!" She giggles and stops moving around as she hears him. She starts to wave her hands "I'm not a cyborg! I'm not! I don't like the sound of this test! I don't want to! If you make me do it I'll.. I'll cry!"

James laughed, "Cute, that's a first. It's funny, I also remember in Ariana's report that you called her pretty or something, not scary." He stopped laughing and looked at, "And what is this that you think I'll do, do you really think I'll touch a child in that way, I was more thing on the lines of throwing you across the room, the near dead experience, the dead knows how it comes. If you have an ounce of cyborg or superhuman/mutant within you, it would kick in to save your life." He smiled, hoping that the though would be enough fear, that way it would be over and done with, "Don't worry it won't kill you."

Rizelmine blinks and looks at him. She puffs out her cheeks "Arianna is pretty.. Just like your cute!" She giggles softly and thinks about what he said. "I don't have cyborg in me though mama 1 and papa 2 made sure.." She smiles "besides if I get to scared I might pass out.. And I don't want to pass out right now.."

"I'm sorry.." He said as he opened a rift in time and space and vanished, he suddenly re appeared in front of her, with his hand around her neck and pushing her against the wall, "Fear you must feel today." He said with a dark smile as he tightened his grip.

Rizelmine looks at him with wide eyes when he appears in front of her. She screams when she feels his grip tighten. "l..le... Let go!" She whines and pulls at his hand. Her tears fall to the floor exploding.

He tilted his head to the side, "Is that really what you want, Left or right, or down?" He asked as he lifted her up slightly, "The greatest fear is when you feel Death, until we are near that and have a result or none is when the agreement for me to stop. Think of this way, since I get to put you through pain, this will be your last test for today and unfer the supervision of the angel and human shinigami Dimitri and Chrisopher who collected you today, you can wonder around."

Rizelmine looks at him and frowns "let go!!" She transforms into her older form and tries to kick him away. "my greatest fear isn't dying it's seeing my Danna-sama unhappy you dummy!"

Lifting her up higher as he leaped n the air he dropped her, "shape shifter by age. I'm tempted to see how old I can make you." He said as he landed on his toes, "Dieing would mean you will not see your Danna, silly." He spat at the end as he kicked her. then opened another rift and disappeared. This time he did not re appear.

Rizelmine whines when he drops her "I only transform for three minutes a day and this is as old as I get! I'm not a shape shifter!" She blinks and whines loudly when he kicks her. She looks at the ground "I.. I wouldn't get to meet my.. My husband I.. I wouldn't be able to see him.." Tears well up in her eyes as she looks at the ground. "no! I don't want that!" She curls up and cries.

He reappeared with black gloves, his soul gloves, "Do you want to know what it feels like? wearing these, I can pull your soul out slowly." He said in a normal toe of voice like it was noting at all, "Then you can feel your fear and we can see what happens."

Rizelmine looks at him with wide eyes after hearing this. She backs away from him as far as she could "no! Stay away I don't want to not be able to find my husband!" She tries to stop cry and keeps wiping the tears away.

He takes a step close as he puts the final glove on, "If you wish to processed with this torcher then use Dimitri, he uses his bare hands to control a soul, it is a safer the risk of screwing up with the gloves." The female voice spoke, trying to keep a neutral voice and hiding the disgust from her voice.

James sighed, "Looks like you have Luna to thank, We all know that Dimitri will get a beating from making a girl cry. Call yourself lucky, we've ruled out cyborg and maybe superhuman, or what I like to call mutant." He said as he sat on the other end of the room leaning against the wall while taking his gloves off.

Rizelmine blinks and sighs lightly in relief. She closes her eyes and closes her eyes as she tries to calm down. "your.. Your a meany!" She sticks out her tongue at him. She smiles lightly glad that the lady had said something.

"I do my job, now when the tow come to collect you we can plan the rest of your test for tomorrow." He said as he closed his eyes and returned back to his more human like form.

The council walked out from the viewing room and into the hallway, the female called Luna was fuming, the calm mother nature woman was close to exploding, "We had all agreed that James would attack her and make her feel pain and suffer to see if she would change. you voted on this too luna, just because he was about to take it too far doesn't change a thing, after all it is James and he knows what he is doing." The first owner of the first voice spoke casing luna to give him a death glare before storming off.

Rizelmine looks away and crosses her arms. "well why can't you be nice while doing your stupid job!" She turns back into her younger form and sighs. She looks at the ground and pulls her legs to her chest.

"Because it wouldn't rule out cyborg from the list, mutant still has a question mark, the council are no split votes on that one. next test may be demon, but that wont start till tomorrow, so lucky you." He explained with his eyes still shut, "Damn, I don't want to deal with council, a pissed off luna is never a good sign." He mutted under his breath.

Rizelmine looks at him frowning slightly "if I was a super human I should've been able to throw you off of me.. I'm not a super human.." She blinks and shivers slightly "what are you going to do with the demon test?" She giggles when she hears that the Luna lady was mad. "so your going to get in trouble.." She giggles more.

"Being a super human is a nice way of saying mutant. Your a person whos DNA or genes have been crewed up causing you to be not a normal person. The last mutant that we encounted was Dimitri, as he human he could control peoples souls with his hand, it was a gift any shinigami wanted so we took him." He explained, "Authority wise Luna and I are they same, only Greyjoy can overpower me being the member for shinigamis in general, Luna may blow her steam at me, but that is all she can do."

Rizelmine looks at him blankly as he speaks. She really didn't understand what he was taking about. "well how do you know when someone is a super human or not?" She frowns slightly and puffs out her cheeks "well at least you'll get yelled at.." She giggles lightly and yawns.

"A they do what a normal person can't do, Talents that amaze normal humans, like to heal, see the future, control others, travel through time. I was one of those back in the days I lived." He explained.

Rizelmine blinks and looks at him. She moves closer to him and sits in front of him "really that's so cool.. What could you do?" She smiles at him and giggles.

"I am a time traveller, still am, that's how I reached you, opening rifts and traveling through space and time, it's a family trait, my brother could even control time." he said as he looked up at the ceiling.
