The pain of being slammed to the ground really hurt Kat. He actually did scream lightly in pain.

Kat got up and rubbed his back, the pain of being thrown to the ground wracked his body with pain. It was hard for him to move, but all he wanted to do was leave town, and Gunji wasn't making that easy. "Just get the hell out of my way."

"Look. I just want to leave town. So just get out of my way." Kat said seriously. He didn't like to fight, really only using it as a last resort.

Kat got up and grabbed his suitcase. He walked off and before too long the town was out of site. Kat sighed and looked at the horizon where he could once see the town. "All he has to do was at least show he cared..." Kat said to himself before starting to walk away from town.

Kat came back to town almost a full year after leaving. He looked at the town. He hadn't entirely settled what he wanted to, but he felt better for leaving.

Kat took a deep breath before walking into town. He wasn't entirely sure if he should have come back just yet, but there wasn't anything else he could do outside of the town.

senso and gunji were laughing and talking. they were heading back to the garden of games.

Kat had seen Senso and Gunji while he was heading back to his old apartment to see if it was still for rent or not. Kat sighed. "...He's happy now at least..." Kat said sadly to himself heading to the apartment, which thankfully was still on the market.
